Taxia

Taxia Constellation Board for Zoom

A shared 3D board for systemic and organizational mapping (predictive modeling), used live inside a Zoom meeting. The host opens the board for everyone, places figures that represent elements of a system, and participants move them in real time. This page explains how to add, use and remove the app.

1. Add the app (install)

  1. Open the app on the Zoom App Marketplace, or use the install link shared with you.
  2. Click Add / Authorize and review the requested permission (in-meeting access only).
  3. Approve. The app now appears under Apps inside your Zoom meetings.

No account is created on our side and no payment is required.

2. Use it in a meeting

  1. Start or join a Zoom meeting and open AppsTaxia Constellation Board.
  2. As the host, click Open for everyone to share the board with all participants (Collaborate mode).
  3. Place figures from the Menu / Tools panel, then drag them on the board. Use the time axis (past → present → future), zones and templates.
  4. Moderate participants from the people panel: allow or forbid interaction for everyone, or set each person as editor (move figures) or viewer (watch only).
  5. The board syncs in real time for all participants. It auto-clears on a privacy timer, so no arrangement is kept long after the session.

3. Remove the app

  1. Go to marketplace.zoom.usManageAdded Apps (Installed Apps).
  2. Find Taxia Constellation Board and click Remove.
  3. Confirm. The app is uninstalled and its in-meeting access is revoked.

4. Privacy & data

The app only requests in-meeting access. Board contents and the movement journal are stored on our server bound to the meeting and are automatically wiped on a timer; they are not used for advertising and are never processed by AI. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
