Terms of Use

The service provides an interactive board on which a host and participants place and move system elements (figures) in real time for joint analysis. The board works in the browser and as an embedded application inside a Zoom meeting.

• It does not use artificial intelligence to interpret sessions or board content.
• It does not store full card or bank details; payments are handled by our Merchant of Record and Stripe.
• It does not share session content with third parties or advertising services.

Board Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks the full board. Prices and billing period (monthly or yearly) are shown before you subscribe and are charged inclusive of any applicable tax. Purchases are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) acting as the Merchant of Record and seller of record, which handles billing, tax and your invoice; card payments run on Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. In a Zoom meeting the board is controlled by the host: the host opens it for participants, assigns roles (edit or view only) and may limit interaction. Participants gain access within the scope of the meeting, and their permissions are set by the host.

• Use the service lawfully and do not infringe the rights of other participants.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other sessions or to the service infrastructure.
• Do not upload unlawful or malicious content.

Boards are working artifacts. In a Zoom session the board content and movement log clear automatically by timer and are not intended for long-term storage. The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The software, design and materials of the service belong to the rights holder. Content that you create on the board remains yours; you grant us the right to process it to the extent necessary to operate the service.

The service is provided “as is”. We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of faults. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are published on this page. By continuing to use the service you accept the updated Terms.

The service is provided by Mykhailo Koblychenko s.p., Dimičeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (VAT SI40790215, reg. no. 7522967000). These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and the European Union; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We do not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute-resolution body (IRPS) as competent under the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS); please contact us directly at hello@taxia.solutions.
