Do participants pay anything?
No. People you invite to a session join free by link, without an account.
How do I pay a facilitator for a session?
Directly to the facilitator, on terms you agree together. The subscription covers the board, not facilitation services.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, and access runs to the end of the paid period. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, see the Refund policy.
How does payment work?
By card on the secure page of Polar, our payment partner. Your card details never reach us, a VAT invoice arrives by email, and the charge on your bank statement will show as Polar.
By subscribing you accept the Terms and the Refund policy. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
